Offer high quality consultancy services focusing on fight against CD and NCD through innovation, information technology, creativity and effective execution.

Capacity building: Through empowering health workers to better serve communities in need around the world by improving health workers performance, skills, competencies, strengthening health systems and leveraging partnerships to overcome the causes of their exclusion and suffering.

Policy: Work with the governments and medical institutions on strategic health plans and goals that are sustainable especially for CD and NCD.

Services: Overview, strategy, implementation, research, clinical trials, evaluation, organizational change, coalition building.

Strategy: Help clients individually and collectively device clear goals and implement effective strategies applying resources to maximize outcome.

Implementation: Develop action plan meshing strategy with organizational realities supporting clients through broad societal participation and utilizing measurable impact by engaging all stakeholders (donors, consumers, and local experts).

Research: Research, publication(report findings), conferences.

Evaluation: Evaluation used to facilitate organization, community learning, make strategic decisions and informed decisions.
